How to request deletion
- Email support@niyatigames.com from any address.
- Tell us the game’s name and how you signed in (for example the email address or sign-in service you used), so we can find your account.
- We confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What we delete
Your account and the game data linked to it: your account identifier, sign-in details, saved progress and in-game items. We also ask our service providers to delete the data they hold about your account.
What we keep, and for how long
Only what the law requires us to keep, such as records of purchases for tax and accounting, and only for as long as the law requires. Everything else is deleted.
Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store are kept by them under their own policies.
Deleting data without closing your account
You can also ask us to delete specific data only. Email support@niyatigames.com and tell us what you’d like removed.
